Bridget Loudon has taken out the Women in Leadership Award at the Growth Company Awards.

The Australian Growth Company Awards celebrate mid-market business excellence across a range of sectors, judging entrants on criteria including financial metrics and growth, innovation, approach to people and staff, contributions to community and customer satisfaction.

All award entrants are required to pass a rigorous assessment process and Loudon’s win is a testament to her strong leadership, which has led to significant growth in the freelancer marketplace and management platform.

Loudon now joins a distinguished alumnus of Women in Leadership winners, including CEO and Managing Director of Blackmores, Christine Holgate and CEO of Sunnyfield, Caroline Cuddihy.

CEO of Expert360 Bridget Loudon said she was delighted to receive the award.

“We’ve experienced significant growth over the last 12 months and it’s humbling to have our success publically validated,” she said.

“The freelance economy is booming. We’re used by over 4,500 hiring managers across 450 companies and this figure is growing rapidly. Now more than ever, enterprise businesses need to efficiently source, engage and manage their non-permanent workforce.”

Bridget’s win follows numerous accolades and awards over the years, including Forbes 30 Under 30 (Asia-Pacific), NAB Women’s Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, FutureMakers list of Australia’s top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs under 25, and Shoestring’s Top 50 Australian female entrepreneurs under 40.

The awards are co-sponsored by Hamilton Locke, Macquarie Bank, Deloitte, GlobalX, Intralinks, NAB Health and 2020 Exchange.
